The Position
As a Production Support Engineer, you will:
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with company standards, ensuring compliance with the cLEAN methodology and a process-based approach.
- Manage change control processes for SOPs, including handling Change Requests (CRs) and Vendor Non-Conformities (VNCs).
- Address deviations through structured investigation cycles utilizing problem-solving tools.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and validation activities to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk's validation strategy and relevant SOPs.
- Provide expertise in equipment validation, support quality performance evaluations, consumer complaint investigations, training initiatives, and on-call production line support.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical/Biotechnology) or Science (Chemistry, Physics, etc.)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Adequate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
- Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
