شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های مدیریت HSE برای بهبود شرایط محیط کار.
• انجام ارزیابی‌های منظم برای شناسایی و کنترل خطرات بالقوه.
• برگزاری دوره‌ها و کارگاه‌های آموزشی برای ارتقاء سطح آگاهی پرسنل.
• ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیریت درباره وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت محیط کار.
• هماهنگی با بخش‌های مختلف برای اجرای مؤثر سیاست‌ها و رویه‌های HSE.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی محیط زیست، سلامت، ایمنی و امنیت.
• مهارت مدیریت استرس و توانایی کار در شرایط فشار بالا.
• توانایی اجرای ارزیابی‌های دوره‌ای و اصلاحی در زمینه HSE.

The HSE specialist is responsible for monitoring and implementing health, safety and environmental standards in the Sepahan Batari industrial complex in Isfahan. This role requires the ability to plan and manage HSE projects, conduct periodic and corrective assessments, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE management plans to improve Working environment conditions
- Conducting regular assessments to identify and control potential risks
- Holding training courses and workshops to improve personnel awareness
- Providing periodic reports to the management about the health and safety status of the environment Job
- Coordination with various departments for effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures

Competencies:
- Degree in Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Engineering
- Proficiency on common software such as Microsoft Office and specialized HSE tools
- Stress management skills and the ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to perform periodical and corrective evaluations in the field of HSE
