مدیر انبار | Warehouse Manager

اکستریم والز، یک شرکت بازرگانی فعال در قم، به دنبال یک مدیر انبار است. 

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر تمامی فعالیت‌های انبار و اطمینان از اجرای صحیح فرآیندها.
• مدیریت تیم انبار شامل برنامه‌ریزی، آموزش و ارزیابی پرسنل.
• تضمین حفظ ایمنی و بهداشت محیط کار.
• بررسی و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای انبار.
• گزارش‌دهی دقیق و به موقع از عملکرد انبار به مدیران ارشد.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه قابل توجه در مدیریت انبار.
• مهارت‌های قوی رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• توانایی تحلیل و بهبود فرآیندها.
• مسلط به اصول آمار و استفاده از آن در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات بین فردی قوی.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities. warehouses and ensuring the correct implementation of processes
- management of the warehouse team including planning, training and evaluation of personnel
- ensuring the safety and health of the working environment
- review and continuous improvement of warehouse processes
- establishing communication effective with other departments of the organization for better coordination
- report Accurate and timely reporting of warehouse performance to senior managers

Competencies:
- Considerable experience in warehouse management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze and improve processes
- Mastery of the principles of statistics and its use in planning and management
- Strong interpersonal communication
