Duties:
1. Development and implementation of sales strategies: Designing and implementing sales strategies in order to increase income and achieve monthly and annual goals Analyzing the market and identifying new sales opportunities for expansion Customer base, especially in the Iranian market
2. Managing and guiding the sales team:
· Guiding, monitoring and training the sales team to increase productivity and improve performance
· Holding regular meetings with the team to evaluate performance, set goals and solve problems
3. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners:
· Develop strong relationships with key customers, business partners and suppliers in order to increase sales and maintain customer satisfaction

4. Data analysis and reporting:
· Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges

Skills:

· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software
