2 - آشنایی با PLC وسیستم های مرتبط
3 - ترجیحا با تجربه اجرایی در صنایع پلیمری
4 - نظارت بر پروژه های فنی ، عمرانی و تولیدی بر اساس اهداف
5 - مطالعات ، نیازسنجی و امکان سنجی بر روی پروژه های کارخانه
6 - برآورد امکانات فنی دستگاه ها و ارائه راه کارهای بهبود
7 - نظارت دقیق بر آماده سازی و راه اندازی دستگاه ها در زمان تعمیرات بعره برداری
8 - تسلط کامل بر امورات نوسازی ، برق ، ابزار دقیق ، مکانیک ، تراشکاری ، نیروگاه ، کوره بخار ، آبرسانی و تاسیسات
9 - پیش بینی ، برنامه ریزی و پیگیری جهت تامین لوازم یدکی ، مواد مصرفی و سایر اقلام مورد نیاز بخش فنی
10 - استاندارد سازی نحوه سرویس و نگهداری دستگاه ها و نظارت بر نحوه انجام آن جهت استفاده بهینه از لوازم یدکی و مدیریت هزینه
11 - نظارت بر نصب ماشین آلات و نوسازی با استفاده از کاتالوگ و نقشه مربوطه کارخانه
12 - نظارت بر کلیه تغییرات دستگاه های واحدهای زیر مجموعه
13 - تنظیم گزارش تحلیلی از چگونگی عملکرد کلیه دستگاه های زیر مجموعه

1 - Familiarity with net and PM systems
2 - Familiarity with PLC and related systems
3 - Preferably with executive experience in polymer industries
4 - Supervision of technical, construction and production projects based on goals
5 - Studies, needs assessment and feasibility studies on factory projects
6 - Estimating the technical facilities of devices and providing improvement solutions
7 - Close monitoring of the preparation and start up of devices during crane repairs
8 - Complete mastery on the affairs of renovation, electricity, precision instruments, mechanics, turning, power plant, steam furnace, water supply and facilities
9 - Forecasting, planning and follow-up to supply spare parts, consumables and other items needed by the technical department
10 - Standardizing the way of servicing and maintaining devices and monitoring how to do it for optimal use of spare parts and cost management
11 - Monitoring the installation of machines and renovation using the relevant catalog and map Factory
12 - Supervision of all changes in the devices of the sub-group units
13- Preparing an analytical report of how all the sub-group devices function
