We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior ECRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to execute our marketing initiatives and help drive growth, retention, and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- planning and executing ECRM campaigns ( SMS, push notifications,…).
- Set up and deploy campaigns using WebEngage and marketing automation tools.
- Craft impactful and persuasive copy for push notifications, SMS, and other automated campaigns. Ensure the messaging resonates with diverse customer segments, encourages conversions, and enhances overall brand perception.
- Using segmentation techniques (such as RFM) to create targeted
- Develop and execute incentive programs, including creating and distributing promo codes, to drive user actions and improve campaign effectiveness.
Data Management:
- Collaborate with the data team to segment customer databases for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor data quality and assist in maintaining updated customer profiles.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (e.g., open rates, CTR, CR).
- Identify opportunities for optimization and suggest improvements based on data insights, including creating and distributing promo codes.
Customer Journey Optimization:
- designing customer journeys to enhance the user experience and increase engagement.
- creating loyalty and retention strategies tailored to customer needs.
A/B Testing:
- Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze results to improve future performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Business, product, and Data teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide support for promotional campaigns, including seasonal and special offers.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a hands-on experience in eCRM and marketing automation for mobile apps and multi-service platforms.
- Proficiency with platforms like WebEngage, AppMetrica, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, including experience in setting up, managing, and analyzing automated campaigns.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where testing, iteration, and optimization are critical to success.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and customer behaviors.
Educational Background:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required. What's most important is your proven experience in digital marketing
