Job Title: Motion Graphics Artist (2D & 3D) / Senior Video Editor
About the Role: We are looking for a talented Senior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist at Blue BearX, skilled in creating dynamic 2D and 3D video content. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and familiarity with 3D software (such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or ZBrush) is desirable. This role offers excellent growth opportunities, including potential leadership positions within our content production team.
The role is fully remote with occasional in-person team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging video content from provided scripts and briefs.
- Edit and produce videocasts and promotional videos filmed by our team.
- Develop dynamic motion graphics, including animations and visual effects.
- Use advanced AI tools provided by the company for video creation.
- Apply contemporary storytelling and voice-over techniques.
- Optimize videos for social media platforms (YouTube, Shorts, Instagram, Reels).
- Keep updated with industry trends and propose innovative ideas.
- Track daily topics to ensure timely content delivery.
- Research innovative video production methods.
Requirements:
- Fluent in professional English.
- Proven experience as a video editor, motion graphics artist, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects:
- Compositing
- EXR file workflow
- Advanced color grading and correction
- Animation workflow
- Expert knowledge of primary editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, ZBrush) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media video standards (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Exceptional storytelling, illustration, and audio design skills.
- Ability to transform scripts into visually compelling audiovisual content.
- Detail-oriented with refined aesthetic judgment.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative approach and eagerness to grow within an international team.
