مأموریت این موقعیت نظارت بر بازدیدهای مؤثر نمایندگان پزشکی به مراکز مراقبت های بهداشتی برای اطمینان از معرفی بهتر و توصیه محصول ، در نهایت منجر به افزایش فروش محصول می شود.
- تیم اصلی نمایندگان پزشکی برای دستیابی به اهداف ماهانه و سالانه. (مربوط به محصولات هر مارک) برای ایجاد همکاری مداوم ، آگاهی از وقایع علمی و پزشکی و اطمینان از مشارکت منظم. وضعیت رقبا در این زمینه و ماندن در مورد تحولات خود برای برنامه ریزی استراتژی های آینده و تهیه گزارش های رقیب ماهانه. ویزیت (همراه با نمایندگان علمی) برای نظارت بر فعالیتهای بازاریابی پزشکی و اطمینان از کیفیت کار.
- برنامه ریزی مسیرهای مراجعه به نمایندگان پزشکی مبتنی بر برنامه موجود.

The mission of this position is Supervising the effective visits of medical representatives to healthcare centers to ensure better introduction and recommendation of the product, ultimately leading to increased product sales.

- Leading team of medical representatives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Supervising product sample distribution to doctors by medical representatives.
- Collecting data related to consumers.
- Holding regular meetings with medical associations and KOLs (related to each brand’s products) to establish ongoing collaboration, stay informed about scientific and medical events, and ensure regular participation.
- Conducting scientific and commercial negotiations for congress and conference sponsorship, as well as validating their credibility (number of attendees, target audience, and costs).
- Taking necessary actions for presentations in webinars, seminars, gatherings, and congresses to establish effective connections.
- Monitoring competitors’ status in the field and staying updated on their developments to plan future strategies and prepare monthly competitor reports.
- Designing and participating in the implementation of programs that encourage healthcare professionals (HCPs) to recommend the company’s products to boost sales.
- Analyzing the supervised region’s situation for future planning and providing necessary reports.
- Participating in the annual budgeting process for medical marketing activities.
- Conducting double visits (accompanying scientific representatives) to monitor medical marketing activities and ensure work quality.
- Planning visit routes for medical representatives based on the existing schedule.
- Optimizing resource and personnel allocation to achieve targets and efficiently utilize promotional materials (brochures, gifts, posters, gift cards, purchased equipment) to advance company objectives.

Proficiency in English and Arabic in a must.
