Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Level 1)
This is not a data center or infra engineering role — it’s a customer-facing support position. You’ll be the first line of contact for our clients, helping them troubleshoot, resolve issues, and navigate our services through chat, email, and ticketing systems.
If you enjoy helping people, have a basic technical background, and want to grow your career in cloud technology, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic troubleshooting for cloud instances, networking, and service configurations
- Assist customers with account management, billing, and general guidance
- Document issues and escalate complex cases to senior support engineers
- Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base
- Deliver a great customer experience through clear, empathetic communication
Role Requirements:
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts
- Familiarity with Linux & Windows basics
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN, HTTP/S)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
- Strong communication skills & customer-first attitude in English
- Patience, problem-solving ability, and the skill to explain technical topics simply
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a Tier 2 or advanced support role
- Familiarity with virtualization and containerization (Docker)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana)
- Basic shell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting
- Awareness of security best practices

- Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite/ Fully Remote
