شرح موقعیت شغلی:

این موقعیت برای توسعه سیستم‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی امن و مقیاس‌پذیر در فاز خدمات AI ما تعریف شده است. تمرکز بر پیاده‌سازی جریان‌های کاری چندعاملی (Multi-Agent Workflows) تحت قوانین سخت‌گیرانه Sandboxing و استفاده از RAG برای Grounding دقیق مدل است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

ساخت جریان‌های ارکستراسیون چند عاملی تحت سندباکس قوی.
پیاده‌سازی الگوهای فراخوانی ابزار (Tool-Calling Patterns) امن.
ادغام RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) با جستجوی وکتور با استفاده از Schemaهای انتزاعی.
توسعه منطق مسیریابی مدل و مدیریت بستر (Context Management Logic).
پیاده‌سازی مکانیزم‌های تشخیص توهم (Hallucination Detection) یا الگوهای Critic/Self-Check.

مهارت‌ها و تجربه مورد نیاز:

تخصص بنیادی (Core Proficiency): تسلط کامل و عمیق بر زبان برنامه‌نویسی Python، به ویژه در اکوسیستم علم داده و یادگیری ماشین (استفاده تخصصی از NumPy، Pandas و کتابخانه‌های مرتبط با ML و DL برای پیش‌پردازش و مدیریت داده‌ها).
فریم‌ورک‌های LLM: تجربه عملی با LangChain، CrewAI یا LlamaIndex.
استقرار مدل: تجربه در استقرار و تنظیم VLLM/Ollama.
وکتور DB: تسلط بر Weaviate یا پایگاه‌های داده وکتور مشابه.
مهندسی بستر: دانش عمیق در مورد رفتار Embeddings و مهندسی بستر.
تخصص: انضباط قوی در مهندسی Prompt.
تجربه ساخت جریان‌های کاری عامل در سطح تولید (Production-quality).

مزیت محسوب می‌شود اگر:

تجربه با Multi-step Reasoning یا Agent Chaining داشته باشید.
تجربه کار با طراحی هوش مصنوعی ایمن در سطح سازمانی (Enterprise-safe AI design) داشته باشید.
دانش در مورد پدیده‌هایی مانند Embedding Drift و Context Collapse داشته باشید.

Job description:

This position is defined to develop secure and scalable AI-based systems in our AI Services phase. The focus is on implementing multi-agent workflows under strict sandboxing rules and using RAG for accurate model grounding.

Responsibilities:

Building multi-agent orchestration flows under robust sandboxing.
Implement safe Tool-Calling Patterns.
Integration of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) with Vector Search Using Abstract Schemas.
Development of model routing logic and platform management (Context Management Logic).
Implementation of hallucination detection mechanisms (Hallucination Detection) or Critic/Self-Check patterns.

Required skills and experience:

Core Proficiency: Complete and deep mastery of Python programming language, especially in data science and machine learning ecosystem (expert use of NumPy, Pandas and ML and DL related libraries for data preprocessing and management).
LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI or LlamaIndex.
Model Deployment: Experience in deploying and tuning VLLM/Ollama.
Vector DB: Proficiency in Weaviate or similar vector databases.
Substrate Engineering: Deep knowledge about embeddings behavior and substrate engineering.
Expertise: Strong Discipline in Prompt Engineering.
Experience in building operational workflows at the production level (Production-quality).

It is considered an advantage if:

Experience with Multi-step Reasoning or Agent Chaining.
Have experience working with enterprise-safe AI design.
Have knowledge about phenomena like Embedding Drift and Context Collapse.
