کارشناس IT و زیرساخت سازمانی مسئول طراحی، پیاده‌سازی، نگهداری و توسعه کلیه سیستم‌های فناوری اطلاعات شرکت شامل شبکه، سرورها، امنیت اطلاعات، نرم‌افزارهای سازمانی و پشتیبانی کاربران در پروژه‌های EPC و فعالیت‌های تامین تجهیزات صنعتی در حوزه‌های ابزاردقیق، برق، مکانیک و HSE می‌باشد.

این جایگاه مستقیماً به مدیرعامل گزارش داده و نقش کلیدی در پایداری عملیات دیجیتال شرکت، امنیت داده‌ها، یکپارچه‌سازی اطلاعات بین واحدهای فروش، بازرگانی، مالی و پروژه و توسعه ابزارهای مدیریتی ایفا می‌کند.

وظایف اصلی:
طراحی و نگهداری زیرساخت شبکه داخلی و اینترنت شرکت
مدیریت سرورها، Backup، Storage و دسترسی کاربران
پیاده‌سازی سیاست‌های امنیت اطلاعات (Firewall, Access Control, Antivirus)
پشتیبانی نرم‌افزارهای سازمانی (حسابداری، ERP، CRM، Office)
مدیریت ایمیل سازمانی و دامنه‌ها
راه‌اندازی و نگهداری سیستم‌های مانیتورینگ IT
پشتیبانی کاربران (Helpdesk سطح حرفه‌ای)
توسعه ابزارهای دیجیتال برای فروش، بازرگانی و پروژه
همکاری در پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های CRM و مدیریت پروژه
مستندسازی فرآیندهای IT
مدیریت تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری (PC, Laptop, Network Devices)
پشتیبانی IT جلسات مدیریتی و ارائه‌ها
همکاری در دیجیتال‌سازی فرآیندهای EPC
ارائه گزارش وضعیت IT به مدیرعامل

شرایط احراز
مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در IT، مهندسی کامپیوتر یا رشته‌های مرتبط
حداقل 4 سال سابقه مرتبط در پشتیبانی سازمانی یا زیرساخت IT
تسلط به شبکه‌های LAN/WAN
آشنایی با Windows Server و مدیریت کاربران
تسلط به مفاهیم امنیت اطلاعات
تسلط به Office و سیستم‌های سازمانی
توانایی حل مسئله و پشتیبانی سریع کاربران
توانایی گزارش‌دهی مستقیم به مدیرعامل

آشنایی نسبی با موارد زیر الزامی است:
سیستم‌های حسابداری و مالی
نرم‌افزارهای پروژه‌ای (MS Project / Primavera مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
CRM و سیستم‌های فروش
ساختار داده‌های پروژه‌های EPC
مدیریت فایل سرور و آرشیو مدارک پروژه
امنیت اطلاعات سازمانی
پشتیبانی زیرساخت دیجیتال تیم‌های فروش، بازرگانی، مالی و پروژه
شناخت کلی حوزه‌های ابزاردقیق، برق، مکانیک و HSE از منظر گردش اطلاعات

مزیت محسوب می‌شود:
سابقه کار در شرکت‌های صنعتی یا EPC
تجربه پیاده‌سازی ERP یا CRM
آشنایی با Power BI یا داشبوردهای مدیریتی
تسلط به اسکریپت‌نویسی یا اتوماسیون اداری

The IT expert is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and development of all the company's information technology systems, including network, servers, information security, organizational software and user support in EPC projects and industrial equipment supply activities in the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE.

This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in the sustainability of the company's digital operations, data security, information integration between sales, commercial, finance and project units and the development of management tools.

Main duties:
Designing and maintaining the company's internal network and internet infrastructure
Management of servers, backup, storage and user access
Implementation of information security policies (Firewall, Access Control, Antivirus)
Enterprise software support (accounting, ERP, CRM, Office)
Management of corporate email and domains
Setting up and maintaining IT monitoring systems
User support (professional level Helpdesk)
Development of digital tools for sales, commerce and projects
Cooperation in the implementation of CRM systems and project management
Documentation of IT processes
Management of hardware equipment (PC, Laptop, Network Devices)
IT support for management meetings and presentations
Collaboration in the digitization of EPC processes
Provide IT status reports to the CEO

Eligibility conditions
Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, computer engineering or related field
At least 4 years of related experience in enterprise support or IT infrastructure
Mastery of LAN/WAN networks
Familiarity with Windows Server and user management
Mastery of information security concepts
Proficiency in Office and organizational systems
Ability to solve problems and quickly support users
Ability to report directly to the CEO

Familiarity with the following is required:
Accounting and financial systems
Project software (MS Project / Primavera is an advantage)
CRM and sales systems
Data structure of EPC projects
Management of file server and archive of project documents
Organizational information security
Digital infrastructure support for sales, commercial, financial and project teams
General understanding of the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE from the perspective of information circulation

It is an advantage:
Work experience in industrial or EPC companies
ERP or CRM implementation experience
Familiarity with Power BI or management dashboards
Proficiency in scripting or office automation
