Job Description
At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Performance team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Sales Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for merchandising and pricing to maximize visibility and achieve uplifts in revenue, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV).
Analyze data or insights of the entire platform to determine sales trends and drive day-to-day optimization
Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities
Requirements:
Experience:
+1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
Skills:
Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
