شرایط احراز:

مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی
رشته‌های مرتبط: مهندسی نرم‌افزار، مهندسی صنایع و رشته‌های مرتبط
سابقه کاری: حداقل 5 سال
بازه سنی: 35 تا 40 سال

شایستگی‌های عمومی:
توانایی مدیریت و هدایت تیم‌های کاری
قدرت تحلیل، تصمیم‌گیری و حل مسئله
مهارت بالا در برنامه‌ریزی، نظم و مسئولیت‌پذیری
توانمندی در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با تیم‌های مختلف سازمان
تسلط بر تهیه گزارش‌ها و نگارش رسمی و حرفه‌ای

شایستگی‌های تخصصی و شرح وظایف:
مدیریت کامل چرخه عمر محصول از تحلیل نیازها تا طراحی، توسعه، استقرار و بهبود مستمر
تدوین، پایش و به‌روزرسانی نقشه راه محصول
هدایت فرآیندهای توسعه محصول و تقسیم وظایف تیمی
همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های توسعه نرم‌افزار و پشتیبانی مشتریان
تحلیل نیاز کاربران و نظارت بر فرآیندهای سیستمی و عملکرد محصول
تهیه مستندات، گزارش‌ها و نیازمندی‌های مورد انتظار ذی‌نفعان و سازمان

Qualification requirements:

Educational degree: Bachelor
Related fields: software engineering, industrial engineering and related fields
Work experience: at least 5 years
Age range: 35 to 40 years

Complete product life cycle management from needs analysis to design, development, deployment and continuous improvement
Compilation, monitoring and updating of the map Product way
Directing product development processes and division of team tasks
Close cooperation with software development and customer support teams
Analyzing user needs and monitoring system processes and product performance
Preparing documents, reports and expected requirements of stakeholders and organizations
