شرح شغل:
- بررسی کلیم‌های نمایندگی‌ها.
- حصول اطمینان از صحت و سقم اطلاعات مندرج در کلیم‌ها.
- تخصیص هزینه مورد نیاز جهت اعمال اقدامات لازم بر روی محصولات.
- ثبت نمودن کلیم‌ها در سایت شرکت مادر.
- ثبت اطلاعات کلیم‌های تایید شده در بانک اطلاعاتی واحد گارانتی.
- ممیزی نمودن عاملیت‌ها از حیث امور مرتبط با گارانتی.
- صدور مطالبات عاملیت‌ها به واحد مالی و اداری.
- بررسی شکایات مربوط به ارائه خدمات گارانتی در عاملیت‌ها.
- مکاتبه با مسئول فنی جهت ارسال کلیم‌ها و دریافت تاییدیه‌های گارانتی.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی.
- حداقل چهار سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
- تخصص در زمینه اسپا و استخر.
- تخصص در سیستم خدمات پس از فروش.
- آشنایی با ضوابط ابلاغ شده از وزارت صنعت و معدن بابت امور گارانتی.
- آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
- آشنایی با پروسه خدمات پس از فروش.
- آشنایی با ضوابط گارانتی.
- آشنایی با مباحث ISO.
