• سیستم خدمات پس از فروش
• بررسی کلیم‌های نمایندگی‌ها
• حصول اطمینان از صحت و سقم اطلاعات مندرج در کلیم‌ها
• تخصیص هزینه مورد نیاز جهت اعمال اقدامات لازم بر روی محصولات
• ثبت نمودن کلیم‌ها در سایت شرکت مادر
• ثبت اطلاعات کلیم‌های تایید شده در بانک اطلاعاتی واحد گارانتی
• ممیزی نمودن عاملیت‌ها از حیث امور مرتبط با گارانتی
• صدور مطالبات عاملیت‌ها به واحد مالی و اداری
• بررسی شکایات مربوط به ارائه خدمات گارانتی در عاملیت‌ها
• مکاتبه با مسئول فنی جهت ارسال کلیم‌ها و دریافت تاییدیه‌های گارانتی
• آشنایی با ضوابط ابلاغ شده از وزارت صنعت و معدن بابت امور گارانتی
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی
• آشنایی با پروسه خدمات پس از فروش
• آشنایی با ضوابط گارانتی
• آشنایی با مباحث ISO
