شرح شغل:
- نظارت بر تسک‌ها و پیگیری امور و کمک به رفع موانع انجام کارها در پروژه‌ها و Sprintهای تعیین شده.
- تهیه WBS پروژه‌ها و گزارشات پیشرفت.
- هماهنگی و یکپارچه‌سازی اهداف در سطوح مختلف پورتفولیو، برنامه و پروژه.
- برنامه‌ریزی و راهبری جلسات اسکرام.
- جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، تهیه و تنظیم گزارشات تحلیلی مورد نیاز.
- تعامل با اعضای تیم و ارتباط سازنده بین تیم توسعه و مدیر محصول.
- مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی پروژه‌ها بر اساس استاندارد PMBOK.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با متدولوژی Agile و چهارچوب Scrum.
- آشنایی با اسکرام و روش‌های مدیریت چابک پروژه.
- توانایی تهیه و ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی پیشرفت پروژه.
- توانایی شناسایی، تحلیل و مدیریت ریسک‌ها و مسائل پروژه.
- توانایی تحلیل و بهبود فرآیندهای مدیریت پروژه.
- مسلط به ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه مانند MSP.
- آشنایی کافی با ابزارهای مستندسازی پروژه مانند MS Word و کانفلوئنس.
- آشنایی کافی با ابزارهای تحلیل داده و گزارش‌دهی مانند اکسل و Power BI.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر با ذینفعان و تیم پروژه.
- توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت زمان.
- مهارت حل مسئله خلاقانه.
- پیگیر، سخت‌کوش و نتیجه‌گرا.
- دقیق و جزئی‌نگر.
- توانایی کار تیمی و کار کردن همزمان با چند تیم.
- آشنایی با نرم‌افزار جیرا مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
Job Description: Supervise the tasks and follow up on matters and help to remove the obstacles to doing the work in the projects and Sprints. Preparation of WBS projects and progress reports. Coordination and integration of goals at different levels of portfolio, program and project. Planning and leading Scrum meetings. Collecting information, preparing and preparing required analytical reports. Interaction with team members and constructive communication between the development team and the product manager. Project management and planning based on standards. PMBOK. Certification conditions: Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
