We are looking for an AI Developer to join our international team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning development
- Strong knowledge of Python and popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong plus
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
- English level: C1 (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work full-time in a US timezone
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions and intelligent systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments
- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and optimize for accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Stay updated with the latest trends and research in AI and ML
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in AI development
