- Aout the Role
- We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our growing team.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of our products through careful manual testing, documenting and tracking bugs, and verifying fixes before release.
- You’ll work closely with developers and other QA members to maintain a smooth and reliable user experience.
- What You’ll Do
- Execute manual testing for new features and updates on both web and desktop platforms
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases in TestRail
- Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs using Jira
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and the QA lead to ensure issues are resolved quickly
- Participate in regression testing and release validation cycles
- Ensure all tests follow QA best practices and align with business requirements
- Provide clear feedback to improve the user experience and product stability
- Contribute to continuous QA process improvement and documentation
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with Jira (bug tracking) and TestRail (test management)
- Experience testing web and/or desktop applications
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated — able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Passion for technology and quality
- Bonus Points if You Have:
- Familiarity with AI-powered products or workflow automation tools
