IT Manager

•         Lead and manage the IT infrastructure & Help Desk team.
•         Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
•         Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.
•         Coordinate with other departments to meet their IT needs.
•         Implement and manage new technologies to improve efficiency.
•         Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
•         Represents the Data Centre Program migration for planning the readiness of infrastructure components to move to the new data center(s).
•         Manages the maintenance of templates for servers and shared services and population of these templates to create shutdown/startup instruction sets and infrastructure t-minus, t-zero, t-plus and back out tasks.
•         Provides direction to the Third Party Remediation Team.
•         Provides direction to the Performance and Latency Analysis Team.
•         Provides direction to the Move Architects in sequencing of activities across all applications, servers and shared services comprising each migration bundle.
•         Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
•         Develops test and acceptance criteria for internet protocol networks.
•         Coach, mentor, assess and develop a global footprint of Program and Project Managers via regular one-on-one, team meetings and Local Project Review Boards.
Requirements and Skills
•         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 •         8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
•         Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
•         Knowing of security best practices includes vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery 
•         Proven experience in a leadership role.
•         Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
•         Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
•         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
