مکانیک خط مسئول نگهداری به موقع و بهبود تجهیزات گیاهی ، برای ایمن است عملکرد صاف ، با کاهش خاموشی های مرتبط و افزایش کیفیت محصول و عملکرد/عملکرد گیاهان در عین حال اطمینان از سلامتی و ایمنی افراد ، ایمنی محصول و محیط زیست هرگز به خطر نمی افتد.

عمده مسئولیت ها


حفظ تجهیزات آماده به کار برای آماده سازی آنها در زمان اضطراری.
مطابق با استانداردهای بهداشتی ، رعایت مجوزهای کار بهداشتی و مجوزهای کار گرم در هر کجا کار کنید.
کمک با سایر بخش های گیاه در مورد نگهداری پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی.
نگهداری به موقع تجهیزات برای عملکرد صاف و مداوم.
این کارگاه با قرار دادن صحیح تجهیزات و مواد باقیمانده تنظیم و تمیز می شود برای استفاده در آینده.
تجهیزات را طبق توصیه نظارت بر شرایط حفظ کنید. از وضعیت بهداشتی ابزارها و همچنین محل کار اطمینان حاصل کنید. اجرای عملی فعالیتهای توضیحات فرآیند مبتنی بر اهداف و اصول سیستم مدیریت کیفیت Nestlé ، بررسی و بهبود KPI ها.

آیا شما مناسب هستید؟
حداقل 3 تا 5 سال تجربه در یک رشته مهندسی ، ترجیحاً در یک کارخانه تولید مرتبط با مواد غذایی.
درک انگلیسی. و/یا اجرای تعمیر و نگهداری یک مزیت است.

Job Description
POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Qazvin /Iran

POSITION SUMMARY:

Line Mechanic is responsible for timely maintenance and improvement of plant equipment, for safe and smooth operation, by reducing related shutdowns and enhancing product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people’s health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.

Major Responsibilities


Maintain stand-by equipment to make them ready in the time of emergency.
Work as per hygiene standards, compliance with hygiene work permits and hot work permits wherever applicable.
Assistance with other sections of the plant regarding preventive and corrective maintenance.
Timely maintenance of equipment for smooth and consistent operation.
The workshop is set up and cleaned by properly placing equipment and leftover material for future use.
Maintain the equipment as per the recommendation of condition monitoring.
Follow up on routine maintenance activities and work orders, and complete them (and TECO).
Maintain personal tool kit.
Ensure the hygiene condition of tools as well as the workplace.
Troubleshoot and put the equipment in operation as soon as possible.
Update the information regarding equipment efficiency and spares in the technical store.
Responsible for the practical implementation of process description activities based on Nestlé quality management system objectives and principles, review, and improvement of KPIs.

ARE YOU A FIT?


Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing Plant.
English understanding.
Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution is an advantage.
