مسئولیت شغلی

تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از منابع مختلف برای شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد.
تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج آزمایش برای تعیین نتایج و یادگیری‌ها برای آزمایش‌های آینده و بررسی فرصت‌ها و تجربیات آتی
آزمایش‌ها.
ساخت و اجرای جستارهای sql برای استخراج اطلاعات از مجموعه داده‌های ما.
مدل‌های رشد را بسازید، حفظ کنید و تجزیه و تحلیل کنید تا فرصت‌ها را شناسایی کرده و از پیش‌بینی پشتیبانی کنید.
تأثیرگذاری و اطلاع‌رسانی به تیم‌های محصول از طریق ارائه توصیه‌های مبتنی بر داده.

Description
Digikala is looking for Growth Data Analyst. Platform Growth is part of Commercial Department and the main focus of the team is on recognizing growth areas in Digikala Platform. The vital role of Growth Analyst is driving Platform’s growth by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, providing insights and solutions to increase key performance metrics. The team is accelerator to the platform and the output of the team is out of the box solutions which may take the form of strategic projects, rapid actions, and optimized user journeys. You’ll work collaboratively with BI, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to design and execute initiatives that accelerate Digikala’s growth.

Job responsibilitie

Analyze data from various sources to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze experiment results to determine outcomes and learnings for future experiments and iterations.
Analyze problems and opportunities to identify the hypothesis and recommend experiments.
Build and run SQL queries to extract insights from our data sets.
Build, maintain, and analyze growth models to identify opportunities and support forecasting.
Influence and inform product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.
Provide useful insight to our platform and sales teams.
Conducting in-depth analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth strategies that align with business goals.
Designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different strategies on seller engagement and conversion rates.
Designing Seller Journeys to create visibility and increase satisfaction.
Offer and implement solutions for automation and optimization.

Required qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the areas of IE, CS, Mathematics or statistics.
Proven experience as a business analyst or growth analyst
