شرح شغل:
- طرح‌ریزی، اجرا و کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای سیستم مدیریت ایمنی، بهداشت شغلی و محیط‌زیست.
- بررسی خط‌مشی و اهداف شرکت و تلاش در جهت رعایت اصول آن.
- اطلاع‌رسانی خط‌مشی و اهداف ایمنی، بهداشت شغلی و زیست‌محیطی به کلیه کارکنان.
- اطلاع‌رسانی و افزایش آگاهی به کارکنان در خصوص مسائل ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی و محیط‌زیست.
- طرح‌ریزی و اجرای اقدامات لازم جهت رعایت الزامات ایمنی ، بهداشت شغلی و محیط‌زیست مشخص‌شده توسط کارفرما در پروژه.
- به‌روزآوری الزامات ایمنی،بهداشت شغلی و محیط‌زیست و اطلاع‌رسانی الزامات قانونی ایمنی و زیست‌محیطی به کلیه کارکنان.
- صدور مجوز شروع فعالیت Work Permit برای فعالیت‌های مخاطره‌آمیز.
- همکاری در شناسایی ریسک‌ها و جنبه‌های زیست‌محیطی فعالیت‌های سازمان با همکاری سایر بخش‌ها.
- ارزیابی ریسک‌ها و جنبه‌های زیست‌محیطی قبل از اجرای تغییرات در سازمان.
- همکاری در ارزیابی اولیه و انتخاب پیمانکاران ازنظر مسائل ایمنی ، بهداشت و محیط‌زیست.
- همکاری در تدوین مسئولیت‌ها و اختیارات کارکنان با مدیریت ارشد جهت لحاظ نمودن موضوعات ایمنی ، بهداشت شغلی و محیط‌زیست.
- آماده‌سازی مستندات ایمنی ، بهداشت شغلی و محیط‌زیست برای فعالیت‌های پیمانکاران و اعلام به آن‌ها.
- نظارت بر اجرای بازدیدهای ادواری ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی و زیست‌محیطی مسئولین HSE از واحدهای مختلف.
- ثبت عدم انطباق‌های شناسایی‌شده در قالب اقدام اصلاحی یا اقدام پیشگیرانه و پیگیری انجام اقدامات مشخص‌شده.
- تعیین تکلیف عدم انطباق‌های شناسایی‌شده با نظرات مدیریت ارشد .مهارت‌های ارتباطی عالی.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مرتبط.
- روحیه کار تیمی، حل مسئله و مهارت تصمیم‌گیری به‌موقع.
- درک عمیقی از مدیریت پروژه و ابزارهای مرتبط با آن.
- مهارت مدیریت زمان و مهارت‌های تحلیلی و گزارش‌دهی.
- آشنایی با کمک‌های اولیه.
- آشنایی با الزامات HSE.
- آشنایی با ارزیابی ریسک به‌منظور شناسایی مخاطرات ناشی از فعالیت‌ها.
- آشنایی با قوانین ایمنی و بهداشت مرتبط با فعالیت.
- آشنایی با قوانین محیط‌زیست مرتبط با فعالیت.
- آشنایی با روش‌های اطفای حریق.
Planning, implementing and controlling and monitoring the implementation of the Safety, Career and Environmental Management System
Degree: Minimum undergraduate and postgraduate
The policy and the goals of the company and the effort to adhere to its principles.
Informing the policy and safety goals, occupational and environmental health goals to all employees.
Information and increased awareness of employees on occupational safety and health issues and the environment
Planning and implementing the necessary measures to comply with the requirements of safety, occupational health and the environment specified by the employer in the project.
Updating Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Requirements and Informing Legal Safety and Environmental Requirements to All Employees.
License Starting Work Permit for risky activities.
Cooperation in identifying the risks and environmental aspects of the organization's activities in collaboration with other departments
Evaluation of risks and environmental aspects prior to the implementation of changes in the organization.
Cooperation in initial evaluation and selection of contractors in terms of safety, health and environmental issues
Cooperation in developing staff responsibilities and powers with senior management to consider safety, occupational health and environmental issues.
Preparation of safety, occupational health and environmental documentation for contractors' activities.
Monitoring the Periodic Safety and Environmental Health and Environmental Health Hits of HSE officials from different units.
Registration of non -compliance identified in the form of corrective action or preventive action and follow -up of specified measures.
Determination of non -compliance with senior management comments. Excellent communication skills
Teamwork
Deep understanding of project management and related tools.
Time management skills and analytical and reporting skills
Acquaintance with first aid
Familiarity with the requirements of HSE
Risk assessment in order to identify the risks caused by activities
Introduction to activity -related safety and health laws
Familiarity with the environment -related environmental laws
A familiarity with fire extinguishing methods
