What You’ll Drive Forward
- Design and implement advanced AI systems including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and predictive services.
- Develop, deploy, and optimize ML models in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and product teams to embed AI into Snapp’s core products.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and enhance system performance across accuracy, latency, and cost metrics.
- Explore emerging AI paradigms such as agentic systems, multi-modal models, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs).
- Ensure high system reliability through robust testing, observability, and version control practices.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of architectures, data flows, and processes to promote cross-team transparency.
- Lead innovation through research and practical application of cutting-edge AI theories, techniques, and technologies.
What Powers Your Drive
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer, with demonstrated ownership of impactful projects.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and applied AI (LLMs, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.).
- Deep understanding of the AI system lifecycle from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Python and solid software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps and AI infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, and model-serving platforms (vLLM, Triton, or equivalents).
- Practical experience with LLM and agentic AI development including RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or custom agent systems.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, TrueLens, or custom rubric-based assessments.
- Experience with large-scale data systems (SQL, ClickHouse, Spark, Redis, etc.).
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical evaluation.
- Exposure to multi-modal AI systems, including vision-language models, OCR, and speech technologies.
