DescriptionWe are searching for a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our decision-making process, turning large volumes of data into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will help track business results, shape product strategy, and drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, interpret, and analyze vast quantities of data from diverse sources.Develop and manage databases, reports, and dashboards to track business performance.Detect trends and patterns in complex data sets, providing insights to guide business decisions.Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.Collaborate with the business and IT teams to implement and optimize new business processes.Assist in the creation and implementation of data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement business solutions.Collaborate with management to establish departmental OKRs that align with the company's strategic goals. Regularly monitor, report, and analyze performance against these OKRs.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for product health.
