تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها و شناسایی ریسک های درونی و بیرونی شرکت
ارزیابی تاثیر و احتمال وقوع ریسک ها، اولویت‌بندی و برنامه‌ریزی برای مدیریت ریسک‌های سازمانی
پایش، کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای برنامه‌های مدیریت ریسک در شرکت و بهبود آنها
طراحی و پیاده‌سازی راهکارهای کنترل موثر ریسک
تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و داشبوردهای مدیریتی برای پایش مستمر وضعیت ریسک ها
ارتقاء فرهنگ ریسک در سازمان و ارائه آموزش های موردنیاز
تدوین سیاست‌ها، فرآیندها و رویه‌های مدیریت ریسک منطبق با اهداف استراتژیک سازمان
توسعه شاخص‌های کلیدی ریسک (KRI) برای پایش مداوم
ارزیابی فرآیندهای سازمانی و تحلیل آنها
تدوین سیاست‌ها، فرآیندها و رویه‌های مدیریت ریسک منطبق با اهداف استراتژیک سازمان
پیشنهاد اقدامات اصلاحی برای بهبود تاب‌آوری سازمان
تحلیل روندهای جدید و تاثیر آن‌ها بر مدل کسب‌وکار سازمان
رهبری و هدایت تیم مدیریت ریسک

We are looking for a Head of Risk Management Department to join our team in Tehran.
Job Description
Data analysis and identification of internal and external risks of the company
Evaluation of the impact and probability of occurrence of risks, prioritization and planning for managing organizational risks
Monitoring, controlling and supervising the implementation of risk management programs in the company and improving them
Designing and implementing effective control strategies
Preparing and presenting risk reports Analytical and management dashboards for continuous monitoring of risk status
Improve the risk culture in the organization and provide the necessary training
Develop risk management policies, processes and procedures in accordance with the organization's strategic goals
Develop key risk indicators (KRI) for continuous monitoring
Evaluate organizational processes and analyze them
Develop risk management policies, processes and procedures in accordance with the organization's strategic goals
Propose corrective measures to improve resilience Organization
Analysis of new trends and their impact on the organization's business model
Leadership and guidance of the risk management team
Certification requirements
Familiarization with risk management concepts and tools
Familiarity with risk assessment models
Familiarity with modeling, definition and calculation of key risk indicators and key performance indicators
Business analysis and information systems
Familiarity with the science of statistics, analysis and calculations
Ability to present analytical reports and Management dashboards
Ability to lead and guide the team
High skill in communication with senior managers and different units of the organization
