مسلط به:
* آنالیز اقتصادی پروژه های عمرانی و ساختمانی و محاسبه شاخص های اقتصادی
* محاسبه و تهیه گزارش تحلیل حساسیت شاخص های اقتصادی
* طراحی برنامه های ساخت و درآمدزایی پروژه های ساختمانی (فروش، اجاره داری، بهره برداری و ... )
* مسلط بر روش های تامین مالی و طراحی جریان های نقدینگی
* مسلط بر روش های مدیریت و سرمایه گذاری در شرکت های عمرانی و پروژه های ساختمانی

سایر مهارت های مورد نیاز:
- اندازه گیری و سنجش شاخص های عملکردی و ارائه گزارشات تحلیلی، مدیریتی، ادواری، موردی و موضوعی
- تدوین گزارشات تحلیلی و کارشناسی از میزان تحقق و اهم دلایل عدم تحقق طرح ها و برنامه های حوزه معاونت به مقام مافوق
- توانایی تدوین برنامه ریزی راهبردی بنگاه اقتصادی در حوزه عمرانی و ساختمانی
- ساماندهی داده‌های داخلی و سازمانی جهت تجزیه و تحلیل عملکرد سازمانی، مدل سازی کسب و کار، - برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک، ابتکارات کیفی و عملیات عمومی کسب و کار
- مسلط بر داشبوردهای مدیریتی و تحلیل داده ها

انجام کلیه امور محوله در حوزه وظایف سازمانی از سوی مقام مافوق
