Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify hiring needs for remote roles (e.g., Blockchain Development, Security, Crypto Marketing)
- Draft and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and conduct online interviews (video/voice)
- Oversee remote onboarding processes: introduce new hires to our culture, tools (Jira, Slack), and ongoing projects
- Remote Culture & Communication
- Implement regular virtual team-building activities (e.g., coffee breaks, group chats)
- Monitor Slack channels and other communication platforms to maintain a healthy and productive remote environment
- Establish guidelines to manage and prevent conflicts in a remote work setting
- Performance Management & Development
- Develop and set KPIs suitable for remote and technical/crypto-focused roles
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and create improvement plans
- Design and deliver online training programs, webinars, and learning opportunities to enhance team skills
- Compensation & Benefits
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop competitive compensation packages, including crypto-based options
- Manage remote-friendly benefit programs (insurance, education allowances, bonus leave, etc.)
- Continuously research market trends to update and maintain a fair and attractive compensation structure
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Prepare and manage remote work contracts in compliance with relevant labor and legal requirements
- Ensure adherence to workplace regulations, particularly in crypto-related matters such as anti-money laundering and data privacy
- Address employee relations issues, conflicts, and legal/administrative concerns with a fair and transparent approach
- Employer Branding
- Work closely with the marketing team to highlight the benefits of remote work and showcase the company’s achievements in the crypto industry
- Participate in online events/webinars to attract top talent in blockchain, security, and international crypto marketing
Required Qualifications & Skills
- HR Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles (preferably in tech or fintech companies)
- Crypto Knowledge: Strong interest or background in digital currencies, blockchain technology, and global crypto trends
- English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (advanced level)
- Communication Abilities: Skilled in conducting virtual meetings, interviewing, coaching, and resolving issues remotely
- Remote Work Tools: Proficient in Jira for project management, Slack for team communication, and other collaboration platforms
- Reliability: Stable internet connection and the ability to maintain consistent work hours for meetings and reporting
- Personal Attributes: Organized, adaptable, accountable, eager to learn continuously, and passionate about innovation
