درباره شغل:

این موقعیت بخش کلیدی زنجیره تامین است که برای برنامه ریزی، کنترل و پیاده سازی ذخیره سازی و جریان محصولات، مواد، اطلاعات یا خدمات کار می کند. مدیر تدارکات انتقال را به سرعت و ایمن مدیریت می کند و در عین حال از پایبندی به مهلت های از پیش تعیین شده، با بیشترین هزینه مطمئن می شود.

مسئولیت ها:

اصول لجستیک:
- مدیریت، مربیگری، و آموزش کارکنان در عادات کاری موثر و تکنیک های عملکرد

- dc چک لیست وظایف حسابرسی و مدیریت مغایرت‌های انبارداری با ناظران لجستیک و rca و تنظیم اقدامات اصلاحی
- مدیریت و ممیزی 5s
- کنترل و مدیریت ضایعات مستقیم dcs (پد مستقیم)
مدیریت حمل و نقل:
- اطمینان از اینکه هزینه‌های لجستیک و حمل‌ونقل مطابق با زمان قرارداد و بیمه نامه‌های شرکت مطابقت دارند

- مدیریت وضعیت "sdi" و "زنجیره سرد"
مدیریت تامین کننده:
- برقراری ارتباط و مذاکره با تامین کنندگان لجستیک
مدیریت عملکرد:
- پیگیری کیفیت، کمیت، سطح موجودی، زمان تحویل، هزینه های حمل و نقل و کارایی تدارکات در هزینه های مربوط به هزینه ها و کارایی تدارکات به منظور تدارکات و سفارشات
- بهره وری
کیفیت و ایمنی:
- مدیریت دستورالعمل های ایمنی و بررسی صدمات یا شرایط ناایمن (rca) بر اساس 12sb و برنامه اقدامات عاقلانه و ایمنی
- مدیریت فرآیند pm و اطمینان از اجرای صحیح تعمیر و نگهداری کامیون ها
مدیریت ریسک و مدیریت مربوطه rca

الزامات:

کارشناسی یا حداقل مدرک مهندسی صنعتی

-1 سالها تجربه در لجستیک و توزیع و حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریت

تجربه و دانش:

- تجربه در شرکت های چند ملیتی امتیاز مثبت است
- آشنایی با خطوط p&l و cogs
- انبارداری و توزیع لجستیک
- تعمیر و نگهداری کامیون
- مدیریت سهام
- نرم افزار پیشرفته excel-pre-sll آشنا شده است
- آشنایی با نرم افزارهای پیشرفته excel- karanshe یک امتیاز مثبت است

About the job:

This position is a key part of the supply chain, working to plan, control, and implement the storage and flow of products, materials, information, or services. The logistics manager manages the transition swiftly and safely while ensuring adherence to pre-set deadlines, most cost-effectively.

Responsibilities:

Logistics Fundamentals:
- Managing, coaching, and training employees in effective work habits and performance techniques
- DC Audit based on Checklist of Logistics Task
Warehouse Management:
- Checking & Managing stock-taking discrepancies with Logistics' Supervisors & RCA & setting corrective action
- Managing & Auditing 5S
- Controlling & managing the DCs direct waste (Direct PPED)
Transportation Management:
- Ensuring that Logistics costs & freight contract and insurance coverage are aligned with company policies
- Ensuring that all orders are delivered on time by DCs
- Managing the "SDI" & "cold chain" situation
Supplier Management:
- Liaising and negotiating with Logistics suppliers
Performance Management:
- Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transporting costs and Logistics efficiency
- Evaluating budgets and expenditures in order to Logistics productivity
Quality and Safety:
- Managing the safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions (RCA) based on 12SB & WISE & safety actions plan
- Process management of PM & ensuring the correct implementation of the trucks maintenance
Risk management & relevant RCA

Requirements:

- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering
- 10 years of experience in Logistics & distribution and at least 5 years of management experience

Experience and knowledge:

- Experience in multinational companies is a plus
- Familiar with P&L and COGS lines
- Logistics Warehousing and distribution
- Truck maintenance
- Stock management
- Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet Skills
- Familiar with Integrated software, Rahkaran is a plus.
