Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, CPA) strongly preferred.Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, including prior management experience.Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Strong executive presence with superior communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
