About the Role: 

• We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal 

candidate will have expertise in both User Interface (UI) design and User Experience 

(UX) principles and be able to take on a wide range of tasks from designing 

seamless user interfaces to enhancing user experiences across various digital 

products. You will work closely with our product and development teams to design 

intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional interfaces for a variety of business 

applications within our startup ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• UI/UX Design: Design, prototype, and refine engaging and intuitive user interfaces 

for web and mobile applications. 

• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing 

to gather insights and improve the product's user experience. 

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity 

mockups that bring design concepts to life. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, 

developers, and stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with business goals and 

technical feasibility. 

• Design Systems & Branding: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to 

ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms. 

• Visual Design: Create visually appealing, user-centered designs that are not only 

functional but also aesthetically aligned with the company's branding. 

• Usability & Accessibility: Ensure that designs are accessible, inclusive, and 

optimized for performance across different devices and screen sizes. 

• Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate 

on designs to continually improve the product experience. 

• Required Skills and Knowledge: 

• Proven UI/UX Design Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing user 

interfaces and experience for web and mobile platforms. 

• Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, 

Figma, InVision, or similar. 

• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles 

and the ability to conduct user research and usability testing. 

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Solid experience in wireframing, prototyping, and 

creating high-fidelity designs. 

• Interaction Design: Knowledge of interaction design principles and how they 

translate into functional, visually appealing interfaces. 

• Responsive & Mobile-First Design: Experience designing responsive interfaces 

that adapt across devices and platforms. 

• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in close collaboration with cross-functional 

teams, including developers and product managers. 

• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with the 

ability to think critically and design solutions that improve user experience. 

• English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, 

especially for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.
