About the Role
As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth and impact for the Ad_Service business line by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. You will ensure effective advertising experiences for merchants while providing data-driven insights to improve campaign performance across channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage ad networks such as Yektanet, Mediaad, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance targets
- Create and optimize performance tools to improve campaign efficiency
- Monitor key results (KRs) of each digital campaign and provide actionable insights
- Perform regular reporting and optimization of PPC campaigns
- Manage routine digital marketing actions to ensure consistent campaign performance
- Design routine campaigns across Awareness, Retargeting, and Retention layers
- Increase the impact of campaigns across digital channels
- Conduct weekly PPC optimization and update dashboards based on performance KRs
Requirements
- Proficiency in GA4 reporting with the ability to set up events and parameters in both Tag Manager and GA4
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing campaigns across Google Ads and other advertising networks
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with CMS tools for managing and updating digital content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working with PPC tools such as Google AdWords or VOD platforms
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize campaigns effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives from start to finish
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with business, product, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including report writing and the ability to present ideas clearly to merchants and colleagues
- A strong focus on merchant satisfaction and the ability to provide ongoing support and actionable insights for continuous improvement
