About the Role
We’re looking for a talented UI/UX / Product Designer who can own the design process end-to-end (from discovery to delivery) always keeping both our customers and business goals at the center.
We work on e-commerce, B2B, and supply chain products that require innovative and scalable design solutions. If you're excited by complex challenges, love crafting thoughtful experiences, and want to make real impact, let’s get in touch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to identify and frame problems.
- Designing simple, elegant, and high-quality solutions, owning everything from research to end-to-end user flows, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Taking ownership of the full design lifecycle, presenting your work in design reviews, and ensuring implementation quality with the technical team.
- Bringing a deep understanding of new and complex products, translating complexity into intuitive experiences.
- Demonstrating strong communication and organization skills, working proactively and effectively over long-term collaboration.
- Documenting design decisions thoroughly, proposing alternative solutions when needed, and maintaining clarity across stakeholders.
- Researching and analyzing data to inform design strategies.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design.
- A portfolio showcasing strong product design work, including case studies.
- Ability to think strategically about product direction and clearly articulate design decisions.
- Understanding of the technical implications behind design choices.
- A self-directed approach with the ability to own the design process and work independently within a team.
- Strong UX foundation, with a solid grasp of user needs and business objectives.
- Excellent visual design sense with attention to detail.
- A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and tackling challenges.
- Experience working with no-code platforms.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and order management systems.
