Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Proactively engage with potential candidates to create a strong talent pool.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Assist in developing interview questions and assessments that align with the role's requirements.
- Promote the company's employer brand through online and offline channels.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment drives.
- Create engaging content to showcase the company's culture and values on social media and other platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
