Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences to effectively tailor marketing efforts.
- Create and refine customer journey maps to guide campaigns and optimize customer interactions.
- Employ advanced personalization strategies, dynamic content, and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Design and implement automated eCRM campaigns that encompass segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to boost engagement and drive sales.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align eCRM initiatives with overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
- Monitor and meticulously report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in eCRM.
- Proficiency in SQL programming, including complex query writing, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience with ECRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage).
