We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can take ownership of every step in the recruitment journey.
Core Responsibilities:
Job Ad Creation and Publishing: Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to craft compelling job ads that reflect our values and attract high-quality candidates. Publish job ads across various platforms and track their performance.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on the established job criteria.
- Applicant Interaction: Engage with applicants at every stage, from initial contact to onboarding, providing a consistent and positive experience.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other HR members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment flow.
- First HR Interview: Conduct initial HR interviews (both online and onsite) to assess the fit and provide initial impressions to the hiring team.
- Interview Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate additional interviews with team members and relevant departments.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process and facilitate a welcoming experience, ensuring the new hire's smooth transition and alignment with organizational culture.
- Follow-Up: Maintain contact with new hires for an initial period to aid in their adjustment and gauge their early-stage integration.
Qualifications:
- +3 years experience in recruitment or a similar role within HR.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates warmly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines and schedules.
- Experience in HR software or Project Management Softwares.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
