مدیر حراست | Security Manager

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و راهبری کارکنان و جلوگیری از بی نظمی و اختلالات سازمانی.
• شناسایی به موقع خطرات و تهدیدهای احتمالی و عکس‌العمل و اقدام به موقع و مناسب.
• مدیریت ایاب و ذهاب و تردد (پرسنلی، لجستیک، میهمانان) و اجرای پروتکل‌های مرتبط.
• مدیریت و استقرار سیستم‌های حراست (CCTV، اعلام و اطفای حریق، پیجینگ و غیره).
• شناسایی رفع نقاط کور و نفوذ کارخانجات به لحاظ فیزیکی و پیرامونی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به توسعه استانداردها، خط مشی‌ها یا رویه‌های ایمنی و حراست (شرکت‌های تولیدی).
• مسلط به تجزیه‌وتحلیل ریسک‌ها جهت به حداقل رساندن تلفات یا خسارات (کانون‌های خطر، ریسک کسب‌وکار، پرسنلی).
• مسلط به اجرای فرآیند سازمانی یا تغییرات خط مشی در حوزه انتظامات.
• مسلط به تهیه گزارشات مربوط به انطباق و پیگیری و بازرسی و تحقیقات میدانی در خصوص موضوعات حراست و انتظامات.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی اجرای برنامه آموزشی کارکنان انتظامات.
• مسلط به طراحی توسعه روش‌های واکنش اضطراری.
• توانایی مدیریت کارکنان حوزه انتظامات و شیفت‌بندی.
• حداقل کارشناسی در رشته‌های علوم سیاسی، اجتماعی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مهارت گفتاری و روابط عمومی بالا.
• مهارت نوشتاری و گزارش‌نویسی قوی.
• مهارت تحقیق و راستی‌آزمایی و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات.

Job description:

Mastery in developing safety and security standards, policies or procedures (manufacturing companies)
Mastery in analyzing risks to minimize losses or damages (risk centers, business risk, personnel...)
Encourage the implementation of organizational process or policy changes in the field of regulations
Proficient in preparing reports related to compliance and follow-up and inspection and field research regarding security and regulations issues
Ability to plan and implement the training program for security personnel
Mastery in designing and developing emergency response methods
Identifying the removal of blind spots and infiltration of factories in physical and peripheral terms
Ability to manage security and shift workers
Management and guiding employees and preventing disorder and organizational disorders
timely identification of possible risks and threats and timely and appropriate reaction and action
management of coming and going and traffic (personnel, logistics, guests, etc.) and the implementation of related protocols
Management and establishment of security systems (CCTV, fire announcement and extinguishing, paging, etc.) Other related fields
High speaking and public relations skills
