مهارتهای مورد نیاز:
آشنا با فرآیند های CRM
دانش و مهارت بالا در زمینه فروش و آشنا با مفاهیم بازار و بازاریابی
مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره و مهارت کافی در مذاکره و اقناع دیگران
مسلط به مجموعه نرمافزارهای آفیس (Word ،PowerPoint ،Excel)
شناخت بالا از بیزنس و فضای کسبوکار و همچنین نیروهای رقابتی در بازار
Development of sales strategy with the help of the senior manager on a quarterly and annual basis
Participation in determining market segmentation quarterly and annually
Market development to increase sales volume and profitability
Forecasting sales of services based on macro goals quarterly and annually
Customer validation and credit line determination based on customer history
Validation of sales representative candidates
Supervising the exhibition
Cooperation in resolving customer dissatisfaction and complaints on a daily basis
Developing and revising sales instructions continuously
Negotiating with business partners or customers and setting up and concluding contracts
Required skills:
Familiar with CRM processes
High knowledge and skill in the field of sales and familiar with market and marketing concepts
Mastering the principles and techniques of negotiation and sufficient skill in negotiating and persuading others
Proficient in office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
High knowledge of business and business environment as well as competitive forces in the market
