گروه مهندسی صنعتی دمیرچی، به دنبال یک مدیر کنترل کیفیت برای نظارت بر فرآیندهای کنترل کیفیت در بخش تولید خود واقع درکارخانه شهرک صنعتی شمس آبادتهران است. این نقش نیازمند دانش فنی بالا در زمینه کنترل کیفیت و بازرسی جوش و ساخت است.

محل کار: شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد( حسن آباد فشافویه)

ساعت کار: 07:15 لغایت16:45 (شنبه الی چهارشنبه)

مسئولیت ها:

- نظارت و هدایت فرآیندهای کنترل کیفیت در بخش تولید

- تهیه و تدوین مدارک و مستندات مرتبط با مهندسی ساخت و جوش

- بازرسی و ارزیابی کیفیت جوش و ساخت محصولات

- نظارت بر کنترل کیفیت ابعادی محصولات و فرآیندها

- همکاری با تیم‌های مهندسی و تولید برای بهبود مستمر کیفیت

-همکاری در شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های فرآیندهای سازمان و تلاش در جهت کنترل آنها

مستندسازی سیستم مدیریت و محصول نظیر تدوین فرم های کنترل کیفیت ،دستورالعلمها و روش‌های اجرایی مرتبط

-همکاری در تعیین فرآیندهای مرتبط با کنترل کیفیت

-همکاری با واحد فنی و مهندسی در تدوین طرح کیفیت محصول یا خدمات شامل اطلاعات خرید محصول، -مشخصه‌های کنترلی محصول، روش‌های آزمون و بازرسی، طرح بسته‌بندی و…

-همکاری با واحد طراحی در تدوین اسناد طراحی برای محصولات جدید

-نظارت بر انجام بازرسی‌های ورودی– نهایی – حین تولید توسط بازرسین.

-تهیه گزارش از وضعیت کنترل کیفی محصولات و خدمات و ارائه به مدیریت ارشد

-تحلیل گزارش‌ها و داده‌های مرتبط باکیفیت محصولات و خدمات و تصمیم‌گیری جهت بهبود وضعیت.

-پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرآیندهای مرتبط و ارائه به نماینده مدیریت ایزو.

-درخواست اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه جهت حذف عدم انطباقهای بالفعل و بالقوه

-نظارت بر شناسایی و ردیابی محصول و نحوه اجرای آن.

شایستگی ها:

- مدرک مهندسی مکانیک

- تسلط بر کنترل کیفیت ابعادی و جوش

- تجربه در تهیه مدارک و مستندات مهندسی

- مهارت‌های عالی در بازرسی و ارزیابی ساخت و جوش

Damirchi Industrial Engineering Group is looking for a quality control manager to monitor quality control processes in its manufacturing sector, located in Shams Abad Badad Tehran Industrial City. This role requires high technical knowledge in the field of quality control and inspection of welding and construction.
Workplace: Shams Abad Industrial City (Hassanabad Fashafuyeh)
Working Hours: 07:15 to 16:45 (Saturday to Wednesday)

Responsibilities:
- Supervision Quality Control Process in Production Section
- Preparing and Developing Documents related to Manufacturing Engineering
- Inspection and Assessment of Welding Quality and Manufacturing Products
- Implementation of non-destructive tests such as UT to ensure quality
- Monitoring the quality control of products and processes
- cooperation with engineering and production teams to continuously improve quality
- cooperation in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them
Documentation of Management System And product such as formulating quality control forms, instructions and relevant executive methods
-Cooperation in determining quality control processes
-Cooperation with Engineering and Engineering in Product or Services Quality Planning including Product Purchase Information,- Product control features, test and inspection methods, packaging designs, etc.
-Collaborating with Design Documents for New Products
-Consideration of Incoming Input-Final-During Production by Inspector. BR>-Reporting on Products and Services Quality Control and Providing Senior Management
-Review of the quality of the quality of products and services and decisions to improve the status. Presentation to ISO Management Representative.
-Corrective and Preventive Measures to eliminate actual and potential compliances
-Consider the identification and tracking of the product and how it is implemented.

- Mechanical Engineering Degree
