- همکاری در تهیه و تدوین معیارها و شاخص‌های عمومی و اختصاصی عملکرد سازمان
- تهیه و تدوین برنامه‌های کوتاه‌مدت، میان‌مدت و بلندمدت شرکت با همکاری واحدهای ذیربط
- بررسی فرم‌های ارزیابی عملکرد و همکاری در تنظیم صحیح آنها
- همکاری در اجرای دستورالعمل ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان، بررسی و تحلیل نتایج فرم‌های مربوط به انضمام مستندات آن
- کنترل اجرای برنامه‌ها، طرح‌ها و پروژه‌های سازمان
- تهیه و تنظیم برنامه‌های کنترل دور‌ه‌ای واحدها برای مطابقت عملکرد و فعالیت‌های واحد مورد ارزیابی با قوانین، برنامه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های تعیین شده
