شرح شغل:

• اجرای فرایندهای منابع انسانی از جمله جذب و استخدام، آنبردینگ و آموزش و توسعه کارکنان.
• تهیه و تدوین گزارش‌های مربوط به منابع انسانی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن‌ها.
• ثبت، نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات در بانک اطلاعات منابع انسانی.

شرایط احراز:

مهارت‌های تخصصی:

• مسلط به تدوین و به‌روزرسانی شرح شغل‌ها و شرایط احرازها.
• مسلط به فرایندهای جذب و استخدام به ویژه مصاحبه‌های استخدامی.
• مسلط به گزارشات منابع انسانی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن‌ها.
• آشنا با انواع فرآیندها و تکنیک‌های آموزشی.
• آشنا با سیستم‌های ارزیابی عملکرد.
