فرد منتخب، علاوه بر نظارت و هماهنگی امور داخلی سازمان می‌بایست، در غیاب مدیرعامل یا قائم‌مقام، توانایی تصمیم‌گیری مستقل و پیشبرد فرآیندهای سازمانی را بدون ایجاد خلل در سایر واحدها داشته باشد.

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• سازماندهی و نظارت بر کلیه امور داخلی مجتمع تجاری و بهبود فرآیندهای اجرایی.
• هماهنگی بین واحدهای مختلف به‌منظور تسهیل در جریان امور و افزایش بهره‌وری.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح رویه‌های اداری و سازمانی.
• اتخاذ تصمیمات اجرایی در غیاب مدیریت ارشد، در چارچوب سیاست‌ها و اهداف مجتمع.
• پایش عملکرد تیم‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیریت ارشد.
• شناسایی موانع و ارائه راهکارهای مؤثر برای رفع چالش‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در سمت‌های مدیریتی، ترجیحاً در حوزه مدیریت داخلی یا اجرایی.
• تسلط کامل به اصول مدیریت سازمان، منابع انسانی و فرآیندهای اداری.
• توانمندی در تصمیم‌گیری، برنامه‌ریزی و حل مسئله به‌صورت مستقل.
• مهارت بالا در برقراری ارتباط حرفه‌ای با کارکنان و مدیران سایر واحدها.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری، نظم، دقت و قدرت پیگیری امور تا حصول نتیجه.

The elected person, in addition to overseeing and coordinating the internal affairs of the organization, must have the ability to make independent decision -making and promoting organizational processes in the absence of the CEO or Vice -President without interference with other units.
Description of duties and responsibilities:
• Organizing and monitoring all internal affairs of the commercial complex and improving executive processes
• Coordination between different units to facilitate the process of affairs and increase productivity
• Monitoring the proper implementation of administrative and organizational procedures
• Making executive decisions in the absence of senior management, within the framework of complex policies and goals
• Monitoring team performance and providing regular reports to senior management
• Identify barriers and provide effective solutions to address challenges
Conditions:
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in management positions, preferably in the field of internal or executive management
• Full mastery of the principles of organization management, human resources and administrative processes
• Ability to decide, plan and solve the problem independently
• High skills in professional communication with employees and managers of other units
