شرح وظایف و مسئولیت ها :

مدیریت و نگهداری کلیه تجهیزات شبکه و سرورها
بروزرسانی و نگهداری از مستندات فنی (بکاپ گیری)
راه‌اندازی و رفع عیوب سرویس‌های شبکه برای کاربران
پیاده‌سازی، مدیریت و مانیتورینگ سیاست‌های امنیت شبکه و کنترل دسترسی‌ها
پایش مستمر وضعیت شبکه، ترافیک و رخدادهای امنیتی و تحلیل لاگ‌ها
نصب و پیکربندی تجهیزات شبکه، مانند روترها، سوئیچ‌ها
مدیریت بروزرسانی ها و ارتقای شبکه و ارتباطات

مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز

مسلط به مفاهیم مایکروسافت MCSE و سرویس های Windows Server
مسلط به مفاهیم مجازی سازی و دیتاسنتر Vmware
مسلط به پیکربندی و مدیریت سوئیچ های سیسکو
مسلط به پیکر بندی و مدیریت روترهای میکروتیک (vlan , OSPF , Tunneling , Wireguard , . . .)
تجربه در پیاده‌سازی و نگهداری VPNهای Site-to-Site و Remote Access
مسلط به مفاهیم Backup (veeambackup , backupexec)
آشنایی با سیستم Log Management Splunk
آشنایی با سرویس های مانیتورینگ مانند Zabbix ، Grafana
آشنایی با پیکربندی فایروال های Fortinet (Fortigate , Fortiweb)
آشنایی با مکانیزم‌های High Availability و Redundancy در زیرساخت شبکه
آشنایی با سرویس Microsoft Exchange

Description of duties and responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining all network equipment and servers
Updating and maintaining technical documentation (backup)
Setting up and troubleshooting network services for users
Implementing, managing and monitoring network security policies and access control
Continuous monitoring of network status, traffic and security events and analyzing logs
Installing and configuring network equipment, such as routers, switches
Managing updates and network and communication promotion

required specialized skills and abilities

proficient in Microsoft MCSE concepts and Windows Server services
proficient in Vmware virtualization and data center concepts
proficient in configuring and managing Cisco switches
proficient in configuring and managing Mikrotik routers (vlan, OSPF, Tunneling, Wireguard, . . .)
experience in implementation and maintenance Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs
Mastery of Backup concepts (veeambackup, backupexec)
Familiarity with Splunk Log Management System
Familiarity with monitoring services such as Zabbix, Grafana
Familiarity with the configuration of Fortinet firewalls (Fortigate, Fortiweb)
Familiarity with High Availability and Redundancy mechanisms in the network infrastructure
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange service
