وظایف و مسئولیت ها
• سفارش‌گیری از داروخانه‌های کشور و پیگیری ارسال سفارشات به داروخانه ‌ها
• پیگیری مشکلات داروخانه ‌ها با پخش ‌ها و تلاش در رفع مشکلات
• پیگیری ارسال جوایز کالایی و ریالی به داروخانه ‌های سطح کشور
• تحقق اهداف تعدادی و ریالی (با اولویت فروش ریالی)
• برگزاری جلسات منظم با پخش‌ ها، مراکز و شعب سطح کشور
• بررسی وضعیت رقبا و ارسال اطلاعات کالا های رقیب موجود در کشور
• گزارش وضعیت موجودی و فروش در داروخانه‌ های سطح کشور
• نظارت بر رفتار مشتری و تعریف اقدامات اصلاحی برای حفظ و بهبود ارتباط مشتری با سازمان
• پیگیری جهت تحویل محصول و خدمات به مشتریان مطابق زمان‌بندی توافق ‌شده
• هدف‌گذاری و تدوین سیاست ‌های فروش در مراکز توزیع

شایستگی های تخصصی و رفتاری
• حداقل مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی
• حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار در صنعت دارویی یا صنایع مرتبط
• دارای مهارت ‌های برقراری ارتباط مؤثر، مذاکره و ارائه اطلاعات
• فعال، پیگیر و دارای توانایی کار تیمی
• قابلیت انجام سفرهای داخلی
• تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی

Duties and Responsibilities
• Taking orders from pharmacies in the country and following up on sending orders to pharmacies
• Following up on the problems of pharmacies with distributions and trying to solve the problems
• Follow up on sending product and Riyal prizes to pharmacies nationwide
• Realizing the number and Riyal goals (prioritizing Riyal sales)
• Holding regular meetings with distributions, centers and branches nationwide
• Reviewing the status of competitors and sending information on competing products available in the country
• Inventory status report and Sales in pharmacies throughout the country
• Monitoring customer behavior and defining corrective measures to maintain and improve customer relationship with the organization
• Follow up to deliver products and services to customers according to the agreed schedule
• Targeting and formulating sales policies in distribution centers

Specialized and behavioral skills
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related industries
• Possessing effective communication, negotiation and information presentation skills
• Active, persistent and has the ability to work in a team
