We are seeking a dynamic Senior Content and PR Specialist to lead content creation, public relations strategies, and executional activities that promote the company’s mission, values, and services. In addition to driving strategic initiatives, the role will involve hands-on execution, including organizing and managing events that engage our target audience and elevate our brand presence. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in content strategy, media relations, and event management, who is passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop and Execute Content Plans: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and social media.
Craft High-Quality Content: Produce engaging and impactful content for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand identity.
Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and business development) to ensure that content resonates with target audiences and supports key business objectives.
Thought Leadership & Storytelling: Write thought-leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, and customer success stories that position the company as an expert in fintech and AI.
Public Relations & Media Relations:
Media Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to secure press coverage that boosts the company’s visibility.
Press Materials & Campaigns: Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and communication materials for product launches, key events, and corporate news.
Media Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing insights for future initiatives.
Event Planning & Execution:
Coordinate & Execute Events: Plan and execute a variety of events, such as media briefings, product launches, webinars, and industry conferences, to promote the company’s activities and enhance its public image.
Manage Event Logistics: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, speaker coordination, guest lists, and on-site management, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, media interviews, and speaking engagements, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
Social Media & Digital Strategy:
Social Media Management: Lead the development of social media content, including posts, graphics, and campaigns that engage the audience and amplify key messages.
Campaign Integration: Work with the marketing team to integrate PR initiatives into broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and effective strategy across all channels.
Analytics & Optimization: Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and impact.
Stakeholder Communication:
External Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for all external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
Internal Updates: Draft internal newsletters, reports, and presentations that communicate company achievements, PR success, and content initiatives to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Brand Management & Strategy:
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all content, press materials, and public-facing communications adhere to brand guidelines and support the company’s strategic vision.
Reputation Management: Monitor public perception and manage crisis communication efforts when necessary, protecting and enhancing the company’s reputation.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise:
Content Creation & Strategy: 5+ years of experience in content creation, public relations, or communications, with a proven track record of success in a senior role, ideally within fintech or technology sectors.
Media Relations: Strong experience in building and nurturing media relationships, with a successful track record of securing press coverage and managing media inquiries.
Event Management: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing events, from small-scale meetings to large conferences, ensuring all logistics and communication are handled effectively.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Skills:
Exceptional Writing & Editing: Ability to produce clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored to various audiences and platforms, with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
Strategic Thinking & Creativity: Ability to think creatively while developing and executing strategic content and PR plans that align with business goals.
Project Management & Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, content deliverables, and events.
Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members in content development and execution.
