As a Senior Product Manager at Bimeh Bazar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of a significant product area within our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact products, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional execution, and the ability to make critical decisions with limited data while driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. Prioritize effectively across multiple projects.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future development. Extract actionable insights from large datasets to guide decision-making.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and operations. Build strong relationships to influence decisions across teams.
- Partner with marketing and related teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Champion the voice of the customer by actively seeking user feedback and incorporating it into the product development process. Conduct and analyze user research to inform product decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, exploring new ideas and technologies to drive product improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with user research methodologies, customer feedback analysis, and proficiency in A/B testing and experimental design.
