عنوان شغلی: مدیر تأسیسات (گرایش تعمیرات)

شرح وظایف:
• برنامه‌ریزی، نظارت و اجرای تعمیرات پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی تأسیسات
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم تعمیرات و نگهداری
• عیب‌یابی و رفع خرابی تجهیزات مکانیکی و الکتریکی
• کنترل عملکرد سیستم‌های تأسیساتی (برق، مکانیک، HVAC، آب و فاضلاب و …)
• تهیه گزارش‌های فنی و مستندسازی فعالیت‌ها
• همکاری با واحدهای مرتبط جهت بهبود عملکرد تجهیزات
• آشنایی و مسلط به بویلر بخار، بویلر روغن حرارتی،RO، چیلر- ژنراتور برق،کولینگ تاور و سایر

محل شغل: شهرک صنعتی سپهر آباد شهرضا

شرایط احراز:
• مدرک تحصیلی مرتبط (مهندسی مکانیک، برق، تأسیسات یا رشته‌های مرتبط)
• حداقل … سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه تعمیرات و نگهداری
• تسلط بر اصول نگهداری و تعمیرات پیشگیرانه (PM)
• توانایی مدیریت تیم و حل مسئله
• مسئولیت‌پذیری و توانایی کار در شرایط فنی
