وظایف و مسئولیتها
• برنامهریزی و تحقق اهداف و تارگتهای فروش فروشگاه
• طراحی و اجرای استراتژیهای فروش، پروموشنها و همکاری در کمپینهای برند
• رهبری، آموزش و مدیریت شیفتها و عملکرد تیم فروش حضوری
• پایش و تحلیل گزارشهای فروش روزانه/هفتگی/ماهانه و ارائه راهکار برای بهبود
• نظارت بر چیدمان ویترین و داخل فروشگاه، مطابق هویت بصری و DNA برند Naghmehkiumarsi
• تضمین تجربهای خاص، محترمانه و حرفهای برای مشتریان، بهویژه مشتریان VIP

شرایط همکاری
• همکاری تماموقت، 6 روز در هفته
• امکان حضور در آخر هفتهها و برخی تعطیلات در صورت نیاز فروشگاه

الزامات و مهارتها
• حداقل 2 سال سابقه در موقعیت مشابه (مدیر یا سرپرست فروشگاه)
• تجربه در صنعت مد، پوشاک لوکس، بوتیکهای دیزاینر، گالری یا آرتشاپ مزیت مهم محسوب میشود
• گذراندن دورههای فروش، مذاکره یا مدیریت فروش مزیت است
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی (برای ارتباط با مشتریان غیرایرانی) مزیت محسوب میشود
• روابط عمومی قوی، هوش اجتماعی بالا و توانایی ایجاد ارتباط مؤثر با مشتری

is looking for an experienced, accurate and motivated store manager. Brand campaigns
• Leading, training and managing shifts and the performance of the face-to-face sales team
• Monitoring and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and providing solutions for improvement
• Monitoring the layout of the storefront and inside the store, according to the visual identity and DNA of the Naghmehkiumarsi brand
• Ensuring a special, respectful and professional experience for customers, especially VIP customers

Requirements and skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (store manager or supervisor)
• Experience in the fashion, clothing industry Luxury, designer boutiques, galleries or art shops are an important advantage
• passing sales, negotiation or sales management courses is an advantage
• familiarity with English (to communicate with non-Iranian customers) is an advantage
• strong public relations, high social intelligence and the ability to establish effective communication with customers
