We’re hiring a Product Designer (Mid-Level)
Location: Hybrid / Tehran office | Full-time
We’re a startup on a mission to build smart, user-centered digital experiences—and we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Product Designer to help bring that vision to life.

As part of our small but passionate team, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to design intuitive, beautiful products. If you enjoy owning the full design process—from idea to execution—and you love turning complexity into clarity, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
• Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, usable, and delightful designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and validate ideas
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile
• Build and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Advocate for great user experiences while keeping technical feasibility in mind
• Ensure your designs are accessible and responsive
• Participate in user research to uncover insights that guide product decisions

You’re a great fit if you:
• Have 2–4 years of experience as a product/UI designer with a solid portfolio
• Are confident using tools like Figma (or similar) for design and prototyping
• Can manage your time well and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Have experience designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Think in systems but sweat the details
• Enjoy solving problems with a creative mindset

Bonus points if you also have:
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• UX writing skills
• Graphic design abilities (for marketing assets, social media, branding, etc.)
