شرکت کشتیرانی توکان، یک شرکت پیشرو در زمینه خدمات دریایی و کشتیرانی مستقر در امارات متحده عربی و متخصص در حمل و نقل دریایی کانتینری، به دنبال تقویت بخش فنی خود است.

برای اطمینان از عملکرد روان، نگهداری و توسعه فنی مداوم ناوگان خود، به دنبال استخدام یک مدیر فنی و مهندسی با تجربه برای پیوستن به تیم خود هستیم.

مسئولیت های کلیدی:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های فنی و مهندسی مربوط به ناوگان کشتی‌های شرکت.
• اطمینان حاصل کنید که کشتی‌ها با استانداردهای فنی و ایمنی دریایی بین‌المللی مطابقت دارند.
• برنامه‌ریزی، نظارت و هماهنگی نگهداری پیشگیرانه و اضطراری.
• رهبری و مدیریت تیم فنی، از جمله مهندسان و تکنسین‌ها، سایر کشورها، دفتر فنی و سایر کشورها، که ممکن است در دفتر فنی و سایر کشورها مستقر شوند. کشتی‌ها.
• بودجه‌های فنی و هزینه‌های عملیاتی را کنترل کنید.
• تجهیزات و فناوری‌های جدید را ارزیابی، توصیه و اجرا کنید.

شرایط و شرایط لازم:

• تحصیلات: لیسانس یا فوق لیسانس در مهندسی دریا، معماری دریایی، مهندسی مکانیک یا یک رشته مرتبط.
• تجربه: حداقل 5 تا 10 سال در نقش های فنی دریایی، با تجربه مدیریت ثابت شده (حداقل 3 سال در یک موقعیت رهبری ترجیح داده می شود).
• مهارت های فنی موتورهای دریایی و سیستم های ارتباطی بین المللی ایمنی، دانش قوی در مورد سیستم های ناوبری موتور دریایی. (imo)، مدیریت پروژه و بودجه.
• مهارت های نرم: رهبری قوی، ارتباط عالی، توانایی حل مسئله، و مهارت در زبان انگلیسی (نوشتاری و گفتاری).
• موقعیت کاری: پایگاه در تهران، که نیاز زیادی به سفر به امارات دارد و ممکن است در صورت لزوم به سفر در دریا یا اقامت موقت در مکان های بندری نیاز داشته باشد

About the Company:

• Toucan Shipping, a leading shipping and marine services company based in the UAE and specializing in container maritime transportation, is seeking to strengthen its Technical Department.
  To ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous technical development of our fleet, we are looking to hire an experienced Technical & Engineering Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all technical and engineering activities related to the company’s fleet of vessels.
• Ensure vessels comply with international marine safety and technical standards.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Lead and manage the technical team, including engineers and technicians, which may placed in Iran, UAE or others countries offices, also the technical teams on the vessels.
• Control technical budgets and operational expenses.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new equipment and technologies.
• Supervise the execution of technical projects and fleet development initiatives.
• Contribute to fuel optimization strategies and cost reduction measures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor or master degree in marine engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years in marine technical roles, with proven management experience (at least 3 years in a leadership position preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of marine engine room systems, navigation and communication systems, international maritime safety standards (IMO), project and budget management.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in English (written & spoken).
• Work Location: Base in Tehran, which high require of travelling to UAE and may require travel at sea or temporary stays in port locations, as operationally necessary.
