وظایف اصلی:

• پیگیری و نظارت بر رفع تعهدات ارزی و تطبیق با دستورالعمل‌ها و قوانین بانک مرکزی و سایر مراجع ذی‌صلاح.
• مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط مستمر با تأمین‌کنندگان داخلی و خارجی برای هماهنگی‌های لازم در خرید و فروش کالا.
• همکاری نزدیک با صرافی‌ها برای تسهیل فرآیندهای ارزی و پرداخت‌های بین‌المللی.
• پایش و رصد قوانین و دستورالعمل‌های مرتبط با گمرک، تعهد ارزی و تغییرات موجود در سامانه تجارت.
• بررسی و تطبیق بخشنامه‌های جدید مرتبط با تجارت خارجی و اعمال تغییرات لازم در فرآیندهای داخلی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به سامانه تجارت و انجام کلیه امور ثبت سفارشات وارداتی و صادراتی.
• آگاهی کامل از فرآیند تسعیر ارز و انجام محاسبات و تسویه حساب‌های ارزی.
• آشنایی کافی با حسابداری سفارشات
• حداقل مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، اقتصاد، حسابداری یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه بازرگانی خارجی، تسعیر ارز و رفع تعهدات ارزی.
• تسلط کامل به سامانه تجارت و دستورالعمل‌های گمرکی و قوانین مرتبط با تجارت خارجی.
• توانایی مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با تأمین‌کنندگان و صرافی‌ها.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای بانکی و ارزی، به‌ویژه در زمینه رفع تعهدات ارزی و تسعیر ارز.
• توانایی تحلیل و پیگیری تغییرات بخشنامه‌ها و قوانین مربوط به بازرگانی خارجی.
• دارای روحیه تیمی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و توانایی کار تحت فشار.

Main duties: • mastering the trading system and performing all import and export order registration. Orders

• Negotiate and establish continuous communication with domestic and foreign suppliers for the necessary coordination in Buying and selling goods. Close cooperation with exchanges to facilitate foreign exchange processes and international payments. Monitoring laws and regulations related to customs, foreign exchange obligations and changes in the trade system. .
• Reviewing and implementing new directives related to foreign trade and making necessary changes in internal processes.

Eligibility requirements:

• Have at least a bachelor's degree in business management, economics, accounting or related
fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field Foreign trade, exchange rate and settlement of foreign exchange obligations.
• Complete mastery of the trade system and customs instructions and laws related to foreign trade.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and exchanges.
• Familiarity with banking and foreign exchange processes, especially in the field of meeting foreign exchange obligations and currency exchange.
• Ability to analyze and track changes in regulations and laws related to foreign trade. Under pressure.
