مدیر داخلی حسابرسی در شرکت بهروز نیک متمرکز بر هدایت و مدیریت فرآیندهای حسابرسی داخلی است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• ارزیابی و بهبود فرآیندهای کنترل داخلی و بررسی تطابق با قوانین و مقررات.
• شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک‌‌ها و تهیه برنامه حسابرسی و نظارت بر انجام آن.
  هدایت تیم حسابرسی داخلی جهت انجام به‌موقع و مؤثر امور.
• ارزیابی عملکرد تیم‌های عملیاتی و فرآیندها.
• گزارش‌دهی به مدیر واحد و حفظ ارتباطات مؤثر با همه واحدهای سازمان.
• توسعه و آموزش کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مالی، حسابداری یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مسلط به مهارت‌های ICDL.
• پنج سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه حسابرسی داخلی و مدیریت تیم‌های حسابرسی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارش‌های جامع.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای تعامل با افراد در سطوح مختلف سازمان.

The internal audit manager in Behrouz Nik company is focused on directing and managing internal audit processes.

Responsibilities:
1-- Assessing and improving internal control processes and checking compliance with laws and regulations
2 - Identifying and evaluating risks and preparing an audit plan and monitoring its implementation. 3- Guiding the internal audit team to carry out tasks in a timely and effective manner. 4- Assessing the performance of operational teams and processes. and Maintaining effective communication with all units of the organization
6- Development and training of employees

Competencies:
- Having a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields
- Proficient in ICDL skills
- 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of internal audit and management of audit teams
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Strong communication skills to interact with people at different levels of the organization< br>
